How to Fix a "Color Change Timeout" On Your TC/SWD Embroidery Machine

If you get a "Color Change Timeout" error message on your TC/SWD embroidery machine, follow these steps to solve the issue: 

 

To begin, make sure your machine is at 100° by manually rotating the Black Knob on the far right side of the machine. Rotate it 1-2 full times just to be sure.

 

 

Then confirm whether ALL of the take-up levers are the same height.


If one of them is popped down you can pop it back up manually. After this, the issue should go away.
