Why Can't I Print Via LuminRip, and How to Reset Luminaris 200 for Network Printing

If you are encountering issues with your LuminRIP software, such as not being able to print your designs, we have provided instructional videos below that explain how to troubleshoot this problem. To get started, we recommend resetting your LuminRIP software to print via Ethernet (Network) port.  

Important Note: Remember you cannot be connected directly to the printer and computer using the ethernet cord. You can only connect directlyusing a Printer USB cable.

Since the LuminRIP software is available on both Windows and MAC platforms, we have provided two videos for both operating systems. The process is similar; however, we want to provide you with as much information as possible to get your printer back up and running.
